For me it's a toss-up between Newsroom and Studio 60. I think both are criminally underrated and represent Sorkin's finest work.

I never felt either was "peachy" but rather a reminder of realistic moral goals.

I absolutely loved the Newsroom. I often felt inspired by the ideals espoused. I never thought of it as a criticism of existing media, but rather an invitation for ALL of us to try being our best selves. Our world has seen

so much anger and divisive behavior in the past decade or two and we NEED to be reminded that not everything is bad.
