See All"Their Favors Are Used Up": Why One Star Wars Rebels Actor Didn't Return For Ahsoka
I don't agree with Prinze Jr about doing a back story would dilute his sacrifice in Rebels. I liked the way they showed how he escaped from the clones in Bad Batch. I think showing his struggles and what possibly others sacrificed for his survival and what led up to him and Hera and the rest of the Ghost Squad getting together would help show how he became the leader and Jedi he was and that would not take anything away from his sacrifice. I do believe showing him after his sacrifice does, everybody has become who they are on their own because of his sacrifice, and without him for so long now in Ashoka.
Star Trek Just Remade One Of Voyager's Best Episodes & It's Absolutely Hilarious
They also reference two episodes from TNG, The Inner Light and Times Arrow, and Carbon Creek from Enterprise
Strange New Worlds Is Wasting A Perfect Star Trek Legacy Guest Star
I don't know if Capt Pike could keep from telling Spock about an adventure with Mudd and would have to make a report of what happened to starfleet. Knowing Mudd it would be too intriguing of a tale not to share it with Spock or anyone. Possibly if some way Pike wouldn't have any recollection of what happened so he wouldn't have any memory to share with Spock or have to make a report about specific people or what happened. Maybe Mudd has a device to wipe there memories and used them to try and get something he wanted and leave no memory so he wouldn't get caught or nobody would know he has whatever he was after.
Netflix Not Renewing Its Star Trek Show Would Tie An Embarrassing Record
The showrunners have already been hired to new projects for Netflix. I believe Netflix pick up the show because it was almost finished and they shared the cost with Paramount to finish the season and it would help fill in gaps in there regular shows due to the strikes last year. I don't think Netflix will fund a Star Trek project they don't normally have on their platform. It could possibly be done after the showrunners finish with the new projects Netflix hired them to do but that wouldn't be till possibly 2027
Netflix Just Made The Same Star Trek Mistake Paramount Plus Did
I believe I had seen where all the scripts were done and voice actors were already hired only production and voicing was left and Paramount and Netflix shared in the expenses for season 2. Maybe since Netflix isn't a Star Trek orientated company, still having to come up with a script hire actors and produce the show wasn't in the budget or a priority for them to immediately renew a show they don't normally do. It's possible Netflix only picked it up because Paramount agreed to work with them and it would give them a show to put out while they were getting some of there shows finished due to the strikes last year and never had a plan to continue it at all. Possibly if the writers can come up with a script during there other projects it could be possible for them to renew but like the article said it would probably be 2027 before we see any new Prodigy again.
