Lackluster is a good word for Starfield. I enjoyed the game for a few weeks, but then I realized that nothing I did in the game affected anything. My choices were meaningless, the companions were wet noodles who talked too much (waaay too much), and I inadvertently memorized every building's layout because the buildings just repeat over and over and over. Exploration? There isn't. You can go to places. You can walk around, but that's not "exploration". There is nothing new or interesting to find, just places with different names. And don't get me started on some of the voice actors! Are they really trained actors? Really?
