Nintendo really doesn't have a platform to stand on when trying to sue Pocket Pair. Ultimately they're just threatened by the fact that power world is becoming more and more popular and can rival Pokemon. I mean if they want to get down to the nitty gritty the only claims that they can actually even remotely make are the graphics are remnants of the newer Pokemon games, and the climbing and paragliding mechanics resemble that of Zelda breath of the wild but other than those things, the creators of ark survival evolved and Fortnite have a better claim than Nintendo. But you don't see them crying about it. And just to add there are many Pokemon knockoff games out there but yet Nintendo's only throwing a hisfit about Palworld.
