I don't think Naruto is a bad parent first of all himawari knew about kurama. So he already shared the family history with them if u watched or read boruto u would see he told them about how jinchuriki were used as weapon apart from those two this there honestly nothing else he needed to tell them and also if u watched boruto u would see that Naruto had already balanced the work and family life. Secondly u assume that Naruto was not good to tell them more about kurama If u he was sealed by kawaki and everyone thought that kurama was dead so how would he forsee that kurama would reincarnate in himawari
