Rocky V was a really good piece. It made more sense than people think. At 44 years old, he would have to retire. An ex-fighter losing his fortune is true to life, it happened to a lot of fighters. The use of hip-hop music was accurate for the time because that's where the neighborhood was at, I was there. The distant father/son relationship was a realistic touch. The young hungry fighter getting seduced by big money is very accurate.

The movie deserves way more respect.
