I've only ever seen someone get mass reported to acting mean in the global chat. If they got banned they had to be breaking a rule the company has. Not the players.

Seen way too many new players treat the game like Rust

I've been playing this game since closed beta and I've been here since the introduction of the groves.

The only time I've seen toxicity has been when players who were asked to wait did it anyways and others decided to throw around slurs in the chat.

When we wait for "3" that's the latest call but the idea is to post in chat where the Grove is. Call out you are omw then show up. It's a community game and the community a while ago decided to stick to a rule. Informing new players in a nice way about the etiquette is different from calling them names and what not.

I've seen the reaction of someone being nicely asked to wait and informed of the rules that was toxic and I know that was reported.

If this friend reacted in a way that wasn't kind I can see that being reported. There are small groups of players that do this on purpose. It's tiring.
