See AllSurvivor 48 Winner Kyle Fraser Didn't Deserve His Victory (Kamilla Karthigesu Was Robbed)
I disagree. It’s hard to say that someone was robbed when they couldn’t get themselves to Final Tribal.
Don’t get me wrong, it was fun to see the evolution of “old Kamilla” to “new Kamilla”, and watch her newfound confidence steer her game. But apart from her acting after the swap that lead to Thomas getting voted out, she didn’t do all that much to impact the game.
What is all this strategy that you think Kamilla orchestrated from the shadows? This was a season with few big moves. Which moves can you attribute to Kamilla, post merge? When David was voted out, it was because of Kyle’s maneuvering to save his number one, Kamilla. And when Shauhin was voted out, it was Kyle’s plan. Apart from those moves, the season was basically the alliance in power systematically voting out the people at the bottom with no alliance (Cedric, Chrissy, Star, Mary), and then ultimately the last two tribe who were carried to the end but were never really in the power alliance – Mitch and Kamilla. Without Kyle protecting her, she wouldn’t have even gotten that far.
At any point, those at the bottom could have banded together to vote out those in power. But those at the top (including Kyle) did such a good job of making Mitch and Kamilla feel like they were part of it, they didn't see a reason to make a move until it was too late. (Mitch's heartbreak at getting voted out by his "allies" and lamenting over not making a move really illustrated that point.
If Kamilla was deserving of the win, she needed to convince Kyle to take her to the end and so she could plead her case to the jury and let the better person win. Why didn’t she make that plea? Was she worried that if she was sitting up there next to Kyle, neither of them would win? If so, she wouldn’t have tried so hard to make that fire and get there anyway.
If anyone robbed Kamilla of the win, it was Kamilla herself.
