I was glad to see Hailey leave along with Jay, I think it's fine to have an opinion different from your boss, but Jay, and Hailey took it to far especially Jay his attitude towards Hank was too much I understand it's just a storyline, but I didn't like theirs. Jay's role on FBI International is where he belongs.

Voight knows how to keep the upper hand, he's smart, calculating and precise, this is just what we want to see how the take down will leave Voight on top again protecting his city, I love the Chicago trio, being from the windy city myself seeing all the familiar places of a beautiful city.
