As a long time fan of Trek, SNW I find absolutely delightful. I do hope they find a way out of crippling Captain Pike though. I always got depressed at those OG episodes, despite the happy ending of sorts.

This show lacked hope. Salvation of humanity? There was no salvation. Humanity dispersed into the new planet, and left knowledge, science, technology all by the wayside. Everything that made the twelve tribes unique, mostly gone by the wayside. It was depressing and in no way any real fun.

Oh joy. Writers destroying yet another beloved comic character, bit by bit. Just like a certain arachnid, our beloved dark knight will never have anything permanently good in his life. He will be perpetually beaten and shat up on, not just by villains, but the writers themselves. Just to sell a few more angst ridden storylines.
