Both Rob Benedict and Timothy Omundson had villainous/biblical roles on both shows!

The fact that Supernatural shared its studios in Vancouver with Lucifer for it’s first season, and referenced Lucifer a few times should have helped make the list!

On the flip side, Lucifer cast Tricia Helfer and Aimee Gracia both had guest spots on SPN.
