T1 and T2 are fantastic. I also really enjoyed The Sarah Connor Chronicles series which Fox cutoff at the knees. Any of the other films I’ve seen did not measure up.

Advent Children was a big deal to me when it came out and it definitively settled this question: “A memory, or us?” I love Aerith in this game. She’s well written and likable. But Tifa and Cloud have been together for some time at this point and while I didn’t love the entire FF7 compilation, I did enjoy Advent Children for what it was and it’s cannon.

Age is Bruce’s nemesis and this is most famously explored in The Dark Knight Returns. As a teenager, I didn’t really like DKII a great deal, though the final issue ratcheted up a notch and felt subversive. Tastes change however and I should go back and take a look with fresh eyes and an adult mind. I’m one of the few people who loved Allstar Batman and Robin, before Miller threw a tantrum in-issue because of fan response. I believe I see what he was aiming for and it does surprise me that the vocal fan base seemed to not. I still fault him though for his in-issue reaction, which I guess Morrison also pulled to a less egregious extent with Leviathan. That’s my favorite Batman run of all time though.
