Hate to burst your bubble but we already saw a ship on the planets surface in SNW,although it wasn't the enterprise & it crash landed after a gorn attack. We then saw the same ship been recovered off the planet.

Nyota uhura did in fact command her own starship. This was actually shown in Picard where 1 of the plaques at starfleet, and also created by the showrunner Dave Blass, shows that she commanded the starship USS Leondegrance. The ship was around from 2288-2336, with Nyota Uhura being captain during its five-year mission (2301-2305) of the Lesser Magellanic Cloud, in which she initiated first with over 100 civilizations. The ship became a training vessel in 2317 and Captain Uhura remained in command of the vessel until she retired in 2333.

Jean-luc also trained on the ship under captain uhura.
