I'm so sorry for the racism that has been posted against the actors. But The Acolyte was so bad. The Director was horrendous. And I say the Director because I've seen many of those actors in other parts be 100% better than they were in The Acolyte. Disney has no idea what it is doing with the franchise and the fans are tired of the disappointment. $230 million??? Are you kidding me? When the heck is someone going to put Kennedy out to pasture? She's head of Lucasfilm, she should pay the consequences. Enough is enough I say.

Exactly my thoughts! The story is recycled and old. The characters are all bland and emotionless. There is nothing new. Nothing different that hasn't been done before in SW, and done much better (ie Darth Maul). I see a lot of missed opportunities and plot holes that have plagued the Lucasfilm writers since the company was sold to Disney. And this is not meant to be a slam at Disney as typically they do great work. I think it is a leadership issue in Lucasfilm with a lack of vision, no grand plan, and no fresh ideas.
