I think the point is, she was working in Moonrise, not Balder's Gate, and only pivots to the gate because moonrise towers gets raided/ended no matter your path.

She mentions the shop is a new acquisition she has settled into only recently, making it an odd place to have your goods shipped to before you actually live/work there.

I think you may have missed the point, even though you already said it. Our world *doesn't* have a single Conquest, yet we have thousands of Adams. You don't think that's worth considering?
