Michael O'Hare suffered from a serious mental illness including a number of psychotic episodes and was written out rather than risk the show (J. Michael Straczynski offered to pause the show to allow him to get treatment but he refused). It's a bit harsh to delight in his leaving the show especially when a simple Internet search would have revealed these facts.
