As it’s shown much later in the comics, Eve really is functionally immortal. She saves herself and Mark from fatal injuries just like in the fight against Conquest. And as she’s on her deathbed about to die of natural causes, the trauma allows her to recreate her young body again. It’s implied she could do this indefinitely. But the writers always seemed to be limited by their creativity when it came to Eve’s abilities, and I’m glad the show is giving her more time to shine.
