I don't think it's a discrepancy. I think the "time plot hole" isn't considering the most basic nature of an innie. Innies don't work a 7-day week, ra ther 5-days.

So 9 secs doesn't represent the 9 secs we know. It would be a fraction of that.

But you're basing that of a 7-day/4-week month?

Innies only exist for 5 days a week, if that.

Go and do some more maths and you might discover this might not be a plot hole. Instead it's just common sense.

Unfortunately, apart from a sparse few moments, it just wasn't very funny. The setting, acting etc all worked - but it was let down by poor writing. If they could solve that riddle, platforms would be climbing over themselves to take the reboot.
