Completely agree. Not only hasn't she learned anything she seems to revel in her past mistakes. For example,.the scene with Dean in Doose's is icky because she romanticizes their past droning on about him being a "great kisser" etc. Even though he is yet again married and while she is in the midst of carrying on yet another sleazy affair. Her being pregnant at the end at 32 yrs old with zero self awareness is definitely not a revisiting of her mother's life. It's just another bungle of Rory's life choices. She just goes around falling into situations, jobs and finally pregnancy with no forethought or hindsight clearly.
