I don't want Carver and Ritter to leave. They both have something that invites all person that are having problems to watch. Carver who is recovering from alcoholism through rehab and meetings. Ritter who is gay but showing that life is treating him good at work. The difficulty with him is finding a relationship for himself. All the actors need to be kept not leaving the show. They bring situation that some have never imagined. Love the show.
