I agree. I just feel they’ve just used the title and the names and then changed the story to suit . . . Something 🤷‍♀ it has made me re read the books though and already on book 9 and right back into the story. I’m wondering how they’re planning on taking Perrin back from the Whitecloaks as he wasn’t taken by them in the novels.
