Norrin Radd did originally become Galactic‘s herald to save other worlds as well as his own. If you were a fan of the Silver Surfer, then you would know he originally chose uninhabited worlds for Galactus to feed on. However, overtime, Galactus altered Norrin’s mind so that he would select worlds solely on their ability to supply Galactus with the sustenances he needed. Once that premise is corrected in the article the rest of it it’s just someone misinterpreting everything about the Silver Surfer character
