I thought Season 1 was very good and did a great job of introducing the characters that are mentioned in the books and movies. As a huge fan of both the books and movies, I am glad that what I have seen so far has stuck fairly close to the source materual. But I understand that some things may need to change to make the show run smoothly and make sense for a broader audience. Season 2 so far has been excellent so no complaints from me. I sincerely hope that they make Season 3, 4 and 5 so that they can do justice to the material and tell a fantastic story. And let's hope that the big final battle between the alliance of men and elves against Sauron lasts 2 whole episodes at least and they don't squeeze it into the last 20 mins of the very last episode.....lol🤣🤞
