And no I have to argue this point AGAIN. People confuse the term human. In any universe there are humanoids and non so. Superman is not from earth yes, that makes him an alien. However he is a humanoid alien. The species/race does not necessarily dictate if they are human.
For example; if as you call it human from an exact duplicate of earth from another universe ( not reality) and is like us right down to cellular level. Is he human or alien?
It is also important to note that we have a history of placing in books and movies that it's our humanity that makes us human regardless of who they are for example Frankensteins monster who in many depictions is a monster with a great deal of humanity. In this regard it is Superman who is designed and created to have more of and a better understanding of the term humanity.
So why is Superman not human when everything about him is human right down to his ability to make mistakes too, not a human? Stop confusing human with alien.
