I was gonna say, I know a guy who had a minor injury from a skydiving accident that he'll only ever 90% recover from, and he can still do backflips to this day, over 10 years later, in his mid-30s. You don't just wake up and do a backflip at any age, you need to keep in practice, and stretch beforehand.
