Plus I can think of many stories that would add value to the franchise as the gap is still open of Snow's capture of his presidency and, it would be ridiculously beneficial to see the 74th and 75th Hunger Games from Hamitch's point of view as we have had so little from a mentor perspective. We would then become privy to his choosing Katniss as a Victor over Peeta, his negotiations with sponsors, planning the rebellion with Plutarch and then the escape from the arena.

It is not down to anyone else if a writer continues a series and we as audiences to their gifts need to respect this by not acting as judge, jury or executioner towards others and their work.
