Tabitha and Miranda both had 2 children; a boy and a girl. If the pattern keeps repeating it makes since if at the beginning there were two children, a boy and a girl. The girl was sacrificed so what if the boy in white is Tabitha's other child? This would make sense as to why Victor can hear the boy in white and while he always comes to Victor.
