The prosecutor was indicted on fraud and Misdirection in order for her to have a suitable defense. This alone should be grounds for a mistrial. The repeated request by defense to have DNA testing redone for mossimo that was rejected before the DNA samples were destroyed and then the prosecutor destroying DNA samples by improper storage on purpose, as well as using expired DNA test which clearly skewed the results, are several reasons for a mistrial. And, what about the girl by the river that was murdered and no DNA testing was done at all on her. This whole case was a travesty!
