This is rather disappointing. (Minor Spoiler warning for anime onlys) The motif of SJW's emotions and humanity fading as his power increases was very interesting. Sadly, I think a lot of anime watchers don't like morally gray characters. I truly thought they would keep this in. Perhaps they are only toning it down.
