King's wife quietly fished out of the trash the completed stack of papers for a book her husband had just finished and disliked. She sent the stack out and a publisher was interested. Carrie isn't a great book. The ORIGINAL film by Brian de Palma cast actors with distinct physical changes that are not like their book descriptions. A classic film. The casting was perfect. Piper Laurie came out of retirement with a Bang in her portrayal as Carrie's Mom. The music fit perfectly and it had many oddly compelling scenes- some even funny. (A group of High School guys hang out as they each seek the perfect rental Tux for their Prom. Book five stars- at most. Movie ten stars.

It's easy to see that Roseanne is crazier than a loon. Too many clips out there of her out there too. That business has so many others even crazier than her who are still working. All said, Roseanne was still stabbed in the back mercilessly by her 'Conner Family'.
