The thing about the bosses in Black Myth is that some will nullify certain moves and spells. It wouldn't be fair to the player to lock them into a build. The meta game is not about what build choices you make, but about which abilities are going to help you in a specific challange.

Part of the experience of the game is going into a fight with a build you like only to find out that trying to use it is frustrating.
