You literally say Harry wasn't alive when that boat model came out so he couldn't have given him the boat but then go on to say that he the only way to fix the plot hole is for him to be given the boat now, did you forget Harry was still alive? I think you completely missed what she was saying. He said he wouldn't do that stuff and basically said why, you're just like your mother. She was implying she thinks he would do that stuff because he's just like his mother who would do it
