Not the best design, true, but its still better than the rotisserie chicken we got in Prey... Every hunter has looked different than the one before, in that respect kiddo here is no different than the hunters before him. Though he is decidedly dryer looking than his predecessors, I've just come to expect a different face every movie. I'm just glad the franchise is still kicking to be honest.

I really hope Dek survives. Him surviving would definitely make this movie different seeing as how the Predator has always died at the end of previous movies. Fingers crossed this one lives, cause I need a follow up Netflix series that focuses on the Hunter culture.

Please see Arcane. The term "animated" is used loosely. It is 3d animated with a type of shading. Essentially it's an animated comic series, somthing that has always advanced the Predator franchise. Some of the best stories have been animated dramas.

I think the animated format is perfect, because there is no chance at hoaky blending of 3d special effects. I know 3d effects are pushing the boundaries of realism which is fantastic, but every once in a while your eye just catches somthing that just seems "off" about something on screen, and it instantly rips you out of the movie. With a fully animated film there is zero chance of that, allowing for viewers to fully invest their attention to the characters and story. If this film has any of the Arcane crew working on it, it's going to be amazing!
