NCIS: Origins' Worst Gibbs Episode Highlights Why The Flagship Has Been Struggling
I have not really enjoyed this season of NCIS. The show is not exciting anymore. NCIS:Origins has improved in my estimation. I'm glad it's not all about Gibbs every week.(Who wants to sit watching a guy brood for an hour every week?) The last 3 episodes have been outstanding. I like that the show is developing the other character's back stories.

I think if would set up conflict and intrigue with LaRoche if Tim were tapped to be the new director at some point.
