Yeah the relationship between Black Widow and Sentry made this movie. Felt like a more authentic and human take on what they were briefly trying to do with the prior Black Widow and the Hulk

A sad reminder of how redundant the sequel trilogy is. There are so many untold stories about Luke's Jedi order but instead we're getting a film about the less charismatic founder of the next Jedi order to his. I really hoped they'd actually let the past die, not retread the post episode 6 status quo.

Rebooting the original feels tiresome, it creates a debate about whether the original or the reboot is better (sites like yours will inevitably prefer the latter, fans will largely continue to love the original and won't enjoy the constant comparisons). Explore new ground. I'm reminded of how Transformers has been stuck to reimagining G1 with basically all comics, shows, toys and films. These franchises die when they turn inwards and decide to perpetually rehash or reimagine the initial story

I wanted Finn to have more of a role in the sequels, but with Boyega turning his ire towards the fans rather than the writers and producers, I think he's bad news. I don't think franchises should recruit someone who is currently showing himself to be quite toxic

Next to (ginger) Wally West, Hal Jordan might be the character DC mess with the most. Both are seen as inconvenient for standing too tall next to other characters who have the same hero titles. Sad really. There are many for whom Hal is the main GL, there are many (including me) for whom Wally is the main Flash. They should stop cutting down beloved characters to build new characters up. Give this absolute storyline to someone no one cares about, Simon Baz, Jediah Caul etc etc
