Not only was Taehyun the perfect person to cover Jonghyun both visually and vocally (which he studied so carefully for), Replay was the song that made him wnat to be a K-Pop idol. For them to cover it so well, and within their first year, it's hardly a surprise that his eyes were sparkling.

Orange hair Jimin in Perfect Man was, of course, life-changing.

All due respect, but that's pretty short-sighted of you to say; these are *video game movies*. If you aren't familiar with the games then you wouldn't know it to mean anything, while most who are familiar would welcome ties to the games used in new ways. If it's the constant discourse about it, nobody's making you engage.

Again, these are video game movies. If they were their own thing in the way you mean, they wouldn't be Sonic the Hedgehog and wouldn't have done NEARLY as well as they have.

Mindjack is the slightly more common choice but I've personally been going with Mockingbird (and that's not going to change lol); Mindjack just feels too similar to Jirou's hero name, not to mention it's kind of on the nose for a presumably underground hero. Mockingbird, on the other hand, is representative of his abilities without actually giving anything away. Plus it sounds cool.

It's a little more niche than most of the movies on the list, not to mention animated, but Stan Bush's The Touch is synonymous with the '86 The Transformers: The Movie.

First watched the movie as a kid and my most distinct memory of it until I saw it again years later was the scene where Hot Rod opens the Matrix of Leadership and becomes Rodimus Prime as The Touch plays.

It could be nothing, since it's only once and so brief, but might also Blaze showing up at some point, likely enough with Silver.
