Romance Anime Can Be Controversial, But These 10 Series Take it To Another Level
Ancient Magus Bride is in fact one of the best romance anime out there. Despite Elias's age and immense power, he and Chise are in very similar life stages, developmentally, which is one of the story's primary plot points. He's not an old man trying to prey on a young girl; they're both essentially teenagers trying to learn how to handle complex emotions together. It's quite sweet to see them grow together. (Though the fantasy horror is fun too.)
There Are Lots of Romance Anime, And These 10 New-Gen Love Stories Are Leading the Pack
I mean, the article is titled "new gen anime" so I imagine they were focusing mostly on things that came out in the past few years, and also probably series where the focus is the romance. (It's important in Cardcaptors, for example, but technically the series is still about collecting the cards.)
"It's Unprofessional": One Piece Animator Sparks Debate After Calling For Some of the Anime's Team to Be Fired
It would be silly to change the sound effects now; let toei update them in a different series instead.
One Piece Finally Teases Luffy x Nami as Creator Eiichiro Oda Breaks Hints at the Romance
"Straw Hat crew's most popular ship" lol the author doesn't spend much time on the internet, huh? Because I'm pretty sure Zoro x Sanji has been the most popular One Piece ship for the past 20 years, both in Japan and internationally.
As for being the most popular Luffy ship? Still debatable.
10 Obscure Fantasy Books Hardly Anyone Re
Perhaps I am the odd one out (as are the other commenters) because I have half of these books on my shelf! I'm reading Grendel for the first time right now, and I've read Howl’s Moving Castle so many times it's falling apart. I really couldn't possibly say that it's not a popular book, even in the context of the movie.
I'll look out for the others though. =]
A Good Anime Can Change a Manga Forever, and The Apothecary Diaries Proves It
I'm enjoying the anime a lot, but how has it changed the manga? The article's title wasn't fully explained.
Thomas Brodie Sangster & Keira Knightley's Love Actually Age Gap Is So Small It Still Shocks Us Over 20 Years Later
There's a pretty big difference between a 13 year old and a 17 year old, especially boys and girls, and especially in Hollywood. And if the cue card scene was creepy, it's creepy regardless of her age, not because of it.
If Stardew Valley 1.7 Happens, Here Are 10 Additions The Update Must Include
I would personally like the NPCs to build their own relationships (after you've already chosen a partner), but honestly I don't think there really needs to be *any* significant changes. There's already *so* much to do in this game. I think people forget that it's a 10 year old indie game that sells for $15 dollars. The fact that you can play it for a hundred hours without finding all the content already, and that it has such replayability, is amazing for its age and price.
Benedict Cumberbatch Reveals He And Robert Downey Jr. Cut Meta Sherlock Joke From Avengers: Infinity War: "Better To Leave That For The Fan Fiction"
I think it would have been fine, since it's a pretty commonly used phrase. But it ended up fine, so I guess that's fine too.
Fruits Basket Got Its Romance Wrong And It's Time Fans Acknowledged the Truth
It will always be funny to me that people can't accept canon after all this time 😂 Lucky for those folks, fanfic exists.
Is Pacific Rim 3 Actually Happening? The Trailers, Rumors, and Final Breach Comic Explained
After the disappointing second movie, I'm just going to stick with fanfiction for any future PacRim needs, unless Del Toro somehow magically returns.
If You Did These Baldur's Gate 3 Quests In A Different Order, You Probably Missed This Secret Cutscene
I'm about halfway through with the first act on my second playthrough (or so I thought), and completely forgot about the Underdark. God this game is so much bigger than I always seem to think it is.
One Of Baldur’s Gate 3’s Cruelest Early Game Decisions Is Actually Very Beneficial
I'm a sap, so I gave Mayrina the wand, but I'll definitely have to try keeping it next time, if I can convince myself that it's in character.
Daisy Ridley Addresses Filming Disastrous $13 Million Sci-Fi Flop Co-Starring Tom Holland 3 Years Later: "Not Without Its Difficulties"
I have a feeling that marketing was the biggest problem, not to mention that nothing did well in 2021.
10 Memes That Became Bigger Than The Movies They’re From
I have absolutely never seen several of these memes. The X-Men one and the "crying boys" one? I haven't the slightest clue what they are.
The Sad Reality About The Back To The Future Franchise Is Why There Should Never Be A Reboot
This is one of those series where I want another movie, but I know what I need is for them to leave it be. They're perfect as is, and the inclusion of the comics and Telltale games adds that extra little bit when I feel like 3 movies isn't enough.
10 MCU Decisions That Aged Poorly
"Aged poorly", as if they were good decisions at the time, and not also, y'know, basically in-universe plot points without which most of the movies would never have happened?
PS Plus December 2024: Every Essential, Extra, & Game Coming This Month
Ooh, I'm excited about Temtem. I always wanted a Pokemon MMO. And I wanted to play It Takes Two a while back when it was on , but I couldn't get my husband to sit down and play with me before it left the service (I only noticed it like a day before it rotated out).
Hilarious Baldur's Gate 3 Details Shows How Larian Used BG3 To Its Fullest Potential
You're not wrong that BG3 did a wonderful job with immersion, but I think the success of Death Stranding and MGS proves that long (long, long, long) cutscenes aren't a deterrent to the gamers who are into those games, including myself. I kind of love that the final cutscenes for DS and MGS4 were both absurd movie length nonsense. I expect that in Kojima games. And I like other games that really are interactive movies too, like Detroit Become Human. I think it's just about knowing what you're getting into and choosing the right genre for you.
I Can’t Get Over The Story Behind How Agatha All Along Was Originally Created
I didn't particularly like the Agatha twist at the end of WandaVision. I felt like it came out of nowhere and I was missing something. Maybe I still am, and maybe that's why I never ended up liking the Agatha character all that much. Still, if it advances the WandaVision plot even remotely, I suppose I'll give it a try eventually.
