Ancient Magus Bride is in fact one of the best romance anime out there. Despite Elias's age and immense power, he and Chise are in very similar life stages, developmentally, which is one of the story's primary plot points. He's not an old man trying to prey on a young girl; they're both essentially teenagers trying to learn how to handle complex emotions together. It's quite sweet to see them grow together. (Though the fantasy horror is fun too.)

I mean, the article is titled "new gen anime" so I imagine they were focusing mostly on things that came out in the past few years, and also probably series where the focus is the romance. (It's important in Cardcaptors, for example, but technically the series is still about collecting the cards.)

"Straw Hat crew's most popular ship" lol the author doesn't spend much time on the internet, huh? Because I'm pretty sure Zoro x Sanji has been the most popular One Piece ship for the past 20 years, both in Japan and internationally.

As for being the most popular Luffy ship? Still debatable.

Perhaps I am the odd one out (as are the other commenters) because I have half of these books on my shelf! I'm reading Grendel for the first time right now, and I've read Howl’s Moving Castle so many times it's falling apart. I really couldn't possibly say that it's not a popular book, even in the context of the movie.

There's a pretty big difference between a 13 year old and a 17 year old, especially boys and girls, and especially in Hollywood. And if the cue card scene was creepy, it's creepy regardless of her age, not because of it.

I would personally like the NPCs to build their own relationships (after you've already chosen a partner), but honestly I don't think there really needs to be *any* significant changes. There's already *so* much to do in this game. I think people forget that it's a 10 year old indie game that sells for $15 dollars. The fact that you can play it for a hundred hours without finding all the content already, and that it has such replayability, is amazing for its age and price.

I'm about halfway through with the first act on my second playthrough (or so I thought), and completely forgot about the Underdark. God this game is so much bigger than I always seem to think it is.

This is one of those series where I want another movie, but I know what I need is for them to leave it be. They're perfect as is, and the inclusion of the comics and Telltale games adds that extra little bit when I feel like 3 movies isn't enough.

Ooh, I'm excited about Temtem. I always wanted a Pokemon MMO. And I wanted to play It Takes Two a while back when it was on , but I couldn't get my husband to sit down and play with me before it left the service (I only noticed it like a day before it rotated out).

You're not wrong that BG3 did a wonderful job with immersion, but I think the success of Death Stranding and MGS proves that long (long, long, long) cutscenes aren't a deterrent to the gamers who are into those games, including myself. I kind of love that the final cutscenes for DS and MGS4 were both absurd movie length nonsense. I expect that in Kojima games. And I like other games that really are interactive movies too, like Detroit Become Human. I think it's just about knowing what you're getting into and choosing the right genre for you.

I didn't particularly like the Agatha twist at the end of WandaVision. I felt like it came out of nowhere and I was missing something. Maybe I still am, and maybe that's why I never ended up liking the Agatha character all that much. Still, if it advances the WandaVision plot even remotely, I suppose I'll give it a try eventually.
