Well no duh wilds is easier than Iceborne. Iceborne was the master rank dlc for World. Wilds is just low and high rank until it gets it's dlc. Have you ever actually played a monster hunter game or just using what people talk about on reddit? My guess is the second one considering some of the other things you have talked about.
