See AllWhy Superman Looks So Weak In James Gunn's New Movie
This is stupid.
Superman is in the top five most popular comic book characters of today, and has been the number one most popular character for most of comicbook history.
This is inspite of being "overpowered" and "boring".
The only ones complaining are non-superman fans, who will complain about how overpowered superman is, then talk about how relatable the mary-sue that is Batman is, or how Thor could take on anyone and anything, yet not be overpowered.

"It's Not Important": Celebrated Punisher Writer Says Marvel Can Easily Retire Skull Symbol Without Hurting the Character
"If someone who intimately knows the Punisher as much as Garth Ennis doesn't mind ditching the skull, then fans shouldn't either."
What an asinine comment and view point.
"Bill Belichick says Tom Brady is the best football player of all time, so the fans believe that."
"Herb Scribner said that The Marvel's was a great movie, so everyone should just enjoy it."
Just because some "expert" has an opinion about something doesn't mean that is fact, nor does it mean that is in any way related to what the majority of people believe.
Citizen Kane is consistently ranked as "the best movie of all time" by movie critics, but I bet if you ask modern movie goers they'd have a different opinion.
There is no such thing as an "authority" or "expert" on something as purely subjective as "whether I believe this is an integral part of this thing I like".
