I know it’s trite, but neither Forge nor Stark have tecnopathy. Forge has Intuitive Genius like Doctor Nemesis. Except it's more toward technology where as Nemesis is other areas. Stark had technopathy when he had the Extremis virus. Madison Jeffries, aka Box, has tecnopathy, tecnokinesis, and intuitive genius to a lesser degree. More focused on mechanical. Forge’s true power is an inmate ability to create a solution. It is mostly used in a technological way but there are examples that aren't technological. Like the captain kratoa suit.
