I learned long ago I personally have no use for critics. Some of the best movies of all time have poor critics ratings. Chapter 1 WAS long, had many threads of different characters, and the small theater crowd of people my parent's age spelled trouble. However, I LOVED it! It's painfully obvious that classic movies are not in sync with the youth of today and the hectic, fast paced lives we seem to be entrapped within. It's also obvious to me that chapter 2 is going to be LIT. I cannot wait to continue this epic, beautiful journey of what I KNOW will end up being one the great, monster westerns that is Costner's forte. And I recommend we Western fans enjoy it...because each newer generation care less and less about history and quality. Meanwhile comic book movies and the like dominate 🙄😕
