I actually agree with the article's writer. The game definitely is more enjoyable on the hardest setting.

Shadows is by far my favorite AC game. It is on par with GOT. Both stories are beautifully done and the in world immersion is amazing.

Ubisoft has outdone themselves with this title. From the glowing eyes of wildlife to the full customization of your hideout, Shadows is well worth your time. In Valhalla I felt like my time was wasted chasing cosmetic tattoos and hunting down opals. Even encountering distortions was quite annoying with the clunky parkor of Evior. However Shadows doesn't focus heavily on the order or distortions. It's nice. Even the handling of the characters is nice. I've put in over 50 hours so far and am still enjoying every minute. Odyssey used to be my favorite but now Shadows is.
