It may be a big coincidence, but it's interesting that SR comes out with what amounts to a hit piece on a beloved 90s program - Batman: The Animated Series - at the same time that fans of said series have been critical of "Batman: Caped Crusader", the so-called spiritual successor to BTAS, because it needlessly changes established characters' personalities, histories and appearances for modern audience sensibilities whilst relegating the star of the show to little more than "background character" status.
