As someone who has seen every movie on this list multiple times, I can say that the title can only be applied to Krull and The Black Cauldron. Bad reputation implies that is well known for being bad. Hook is fairly well known for being good and 13th Warrior and Reign of Fire were generally overlooked not disparaged.
