Absolutely not. The only sexist here is you cause the only reason you think the movie failed was because the he man woman haters club came out and bashed on it. Give me a break. The reason the movie tanked is the oppostie to why Ghostbusters afterlife worked. Had they made an actual connection to the original films it would have done better. A simple the original ghostbusters have retired New York or the university confiscated their tech and these 4 women find their tech and decide to continue the GB legacy. Then the cameos would have been more than just the orignal actors filling other roles, it would have been them ing the torch or whatever. Which is the exact premise of Afterlife. The kids find the old tech and continue the GB legacy. The original actors reprise their original role and essentially the torch. Go fly a kite if you think it was ever about sexism
