Mr. Toriyama had such a huge impact on myself and my family! I started watching Dragon Ball as a kid and it opened up a whole new world for me, my friends, and lastly my sons. When my oldest son Danny D3 graduated college, I found out for years he was saving up for a week long trip to Japan centered around Dragon Ball! He's 23 now & a software engineer who loves Japanese culture. He is also fluent in speaking and reading Japanese since he has been studying their language(s) for years. He thanked me for introducing it to him and his brother because it really changed his outlook on life. He could have been out running the streets in Baltimore but instead we were inside having a great time watching Dragon Ball Z & later Dragon Ball together.
