Okay. What she said makes no sense. Back in the day they had something like an outhouse that would be attached to buildings where there would be drains that would cause it to empty out into the streets in some places. I think they was cause garder robe. Others had a chamber pot which could have been emptied by the house elves or gotten rid of by.magic. juggles would just yell a warning and yeet it out the contents onto the street. This could cause people on the streets to get covered in poo and pee.
