I love how much he loves Buck like the rest of us. Excited to hear we dive more into his relationship with Tommy, love the two of them together, and it's been exciting watching them trend so high on social media with knowing they're the focus of the next two episodes-- hopefully for the best!

So excited to see these two back on our screen, especially two episodes in a row?! I hope this means that we're getting to see their relationship develop more in depth, dig underneath the surface with each other, be vulnerable. They have so much potential and I'd love to see them go all the way.

So good hearing from the man himself! I'm so curious as to what will be happening in 8x05... but also for Buck in general this season. I hope we see him continue to settle down with Tommy and explore who he is with that part of his life more comfortably locked down-- what brings him joy outside of work and his work relationships, but also I want to continue seeing him advance in his career, know what that would look like, how divisive would it be for him to pursue the path to captaincy if it meant he had to leave the 118? The fact that he's willing to leave the 118 under Gerrard, but only if they do it as a "family" in 8x01 I think showed both how he's changed since he tried to sue the department, but also how his core instincts remain the same.
