The first season was fantastic, I was chomping at the bit for more. Then the second season felt really rushed and messy. All the interviews I read with the showrunners were like "no it wasn't rushed" but also like "we spent 9 years on these 11 characters, we wanted to move on" and "some people had kids during this and their kids are already growing up and they're still working on the same story" so I dunno, sure seems like they just wanted to end it quickly.

Nobody stands for the oppressed and the powerless. He doesn't stand for everyone, he stands for those no one else will stand for. If you have never had the powerful use their standing or power to walk all over you or lack the empathy to consider the plight of those that have, of course you wouldn't understand the significance.
