Cap was created years before most of you an I was born... To rival the Red Skull who's origin was USSR.. The creator of Cap did not share you and I views.. Read the comics about Cap!! And stop letting the movies dictate who Cap is!! To be honest Superman is more portrayed as an American the Cap is... And Bucky becoming Cap wasn't in the script.. Simply because he would never be Cap.. It's not what you want to see because these comics are years old..
